How to Become a Good Barista With No Experience-Carlos Alvarado
Posted by Simonou Mike on
Perseverance is the tool to achieve your goals.
I'm Carlos.
I have Salvadoran roots and live and work in Italy currently , the homeland of pizza, pasta, wine and of course espresso.
I started as a barista in typical Italian bars. And discovered a new world and I fell in love, I think that if you love the work you do then you will work hard in your daily life.
So I started practicing latte art on my own, watching videos on YouTube, then start studying and delving into the coffee world, Now I still think that it is important and not only the practice, but also the theory.
And customer service is very important as well as a good drawing of Latte art because that can brighten the day to a person, a warm greeting and a smile do not have to miss.
I am currently studying the SCA (specialty coffee association) course and working in a coffee shop / micro roastery , That is only a small step in the long road that I have to travel.
A quality coffee, a correct extraction, a good latte art technique and a lot of passion are the combination for a good cappuccino.
And thanks to BaristaSpace because it gives us the necessary tools to do a good job in our work, thanks for the opportunity that I have here to make known what I do, since when I use BaristaSpace milk pitcher , my Latte art has improved a lot and I am more precise and drawing cleaner.
thank you for letting me share my passion with the rest of the world, as future projects I want to start competing and learning to roast coffee, and remember filter coffee not people. and I like Music & Coffee , that is so good for my life.
And these are my pictures in La Marzocco:
And the places I have been to:
After I got the BaristaSpace Latte Art Competition 2018 BSLAC 4th.
And The 2nd December, 2018, I am the Winner of Coffee Masters Italy 2018, Very happy day.
And this picture for

And thank you for reading my story, and that is my instagram, and we can have more fun together and be friends.

“In the crypto world, this is great news I want to share. Last year, I fell victim to a scam disguised as a safe investment option. I have invested in crypto trading platforms for about 10yrs thinking I was ensuring myself a retirement income, only to find that all my assets were either frozen, I believed my assets were secure — until I discovered that my BTC funds had been frozen and withdrawals were impossible. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication enabled me to recover my lost Bitcoin funds back — more than €560.000 DEM to my BTC wallet. FROM LOST TO GLORY: THANKS TO PASSCODE CYBER RECOVERY I DID NOT LOOSE MY CRYPTO
In August 2025, I fell victim to a sophisticated phishing attack that nearly cost me everything. After clicking on what appeared to be a legitimate email link in my Gmail inbox, hackers gained remote access to my smartphone. Within minutes, they began targeting my Trust Wallet, which held over $600,000 worth of Bitcoin. It was a devastating moment but thanks to the swift intervention of Passcode Cyber Recovery, I was able to recover my stolen funds and secure my digital assets. The attackers attempted to bypass security on my Trust Wallet and extract my private keys, but they were met with a strong device passcode and app level security, which delayed their efforts just long enough. As soon as I noticed suspicious activity on my device, I contacted Passcode Cyber Recovery, a cybersecurity company specializing in crypto wallet breach response and asset recovery. The team at Passcode Cyber Recovery responded immediately. They walked me through a rapid incident response protocol: disconnecting my phone from the internet, preserving digital evidence, and preparing a secure, clean environment to restore access. I had fortunately stored my recovery phrase offline, which allowed me to safely regenerate my wallet on a new device. Once my access was restored, the team assisted me in creating a brand new secure wallet. With their guidance, I moved the remaining funds into this new address and revoked all permissions that the hackers may have exploited. At the same time, Passcode Cyber Recovery’s forensic team tracked the movement of stolen assets on the blockchain and contacted major exchanges in real time to flag suspicious wallets. Their timely response and network of partners helped freeze a portion of the stolen Bitcoin before it could be laundered or cashed out. In the end, I was able to recover the vast majority of my funds, a near miraculous outcome in the world of crypto theft. I now share my story to warn others “If it weren’t for Passcode Cyber Recovery, I would have lost everything. Their expertise, speed, and professionalism saved my life savings.
